In 2019, I founded Gush & Grow, a talent management agency, from the corner of my daughter’s nursery. It’s giving humble beginnings. Since then, I’ve grown an influencer roster, a team, and a consultancy.

During the day-to-day, I would receive DMs from content creators asking me everything from “what should I be charging?” to “how do I pitch myself successfully?” And, on the other side, I would receive emails from brands asking things like, “How do I create an attractive offer?,” “where do I find the influencers to partner with?” and “what should my expectations be?”

After years of the same handful of questions over and over, I knew I needed to make these answers more accessible so that even more women could win.
